Voip Soft Phone Can I Use A Soft Phone To Replace My Polycom Voip Phone?

Can I use a soft phone to replace my Polycom voip phone? - voip soft phone

I am using Polycom VoIP phone, connected to each Internet connection and can connect to the server in my office. Basically, I am physically remove the phone and use your computer microphone and speakers to do the same work. Is there a tool available to do this?

Thank you,
Steven

It really depends on your service provider. If they are willing to support a softphone, then it should be easy to change the devices on your network.

Our Hosted PBX service with Polycom phones and X-Lite softphone compatible. Our customers, for example, can easily replace their mobile phones from Polycom with a soft phone. Basically, only the device ID is authorized to connect to the network. Very simple.
